My experience with Kron Kron was both positive and negative. The website was easy to use, and the products looked great. However, when I received my order, I noticed that one of the items was damaged. I contacted customer service, and they promptly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement. Although I encountered a problem, their excellent customer service made up for it.
