This group is outstanding! After weeks of researching various Duct Vacuum Systems, we discovered the BrushBeast is clearly the BEST system available in the world. Therefore we recently purchased a BrushBeast Gold Duct Cleaning and Sanitization system. I spoke with Damian who made the process painless. I financed through their financing company, who was also a pleasure to deal with. The part I will never forget is my misunderstanding of the contents of my machine. I was under the impression that I would also receive the Dryer Vent Cleaning System as a part of my Gold package. When we received the machine and I unboxed all the components, I did not see the Dryer vent system. I immediately called RotoBrush and was connected again to Damian. Again, the misunderstanding was MY FAULT, I didn't read the document describing the contents of the Gold Package, in its entirety. Damian told me he would see what he can do. I told Damian that if they couldn't do anything to "make it right", to "wait until Monday to call me back so you don't ruin my weekend!"
About 30 minutes later, I believe the VP of Sales, John Kovac called me and told me he was going to make it right. And boy, did they EVER! Now I have the whole Brush Beast Gold System and the Dryer Vent Cleaning System! These folks are ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!
