My son s pediatrician gave me a referral here for torticollis. I can t actually review the treatment at this clinic because after 3 weeks of calling almost daily, I still couldn t get an appointment. My pediatrician s office faxed referrals over multiple times. After about the fourth fax they finally received the referral but said the diagnosis code needed to be changed (they did not call me to tell me, I only found out after I called again to check in). My pediatrician faxed the updated referral twice and they still never received it. I actually drove to my pediatrician s office to get a physical copy of the referral and personally emailed it to the person on the phone. Still no response. Throughout the entire process I never received a call back or any communication from them, even though they knew I was waiting for an appointment. Every time I called to see if they received the referral they seemed annoyed. After 2 weeks I asked if they would call the pediatrician directly since they obviously were having fax issues (pediatrician confirmed that they were facing to the correct number) and they said no they were too busy to do that. On week three I finally called another PT clinic, who promptly scheduled me an appointment on the first call. Save yourself the frustration (and weeks of delayed treatment) and find another clinic.
