Starbus is an average company. The services they provide are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I found the booking process to be a bit confusing. The buses are clean and comfortable, but the drivers can be a bit careless at times. Overall, I would rate Starbus as average.
