Our stay here was made a business class experience by the entire Team Shangri-la Singapore. Mika gave us a very warm welcome upon our early arrival at the reception. We are grateful for the free upgrade of room and much earlier available room. It made this trip an unforgettable one for my 2 daughters, especially for Leila, the birthday daughter who turned 6th on Dec 18.

Angela and Ameen from The Line made our dining experiences very happy. We were well taken care by them. I have specially review their excellent services on TripAdvisor.

We will definitely come back.
