Rosenblum just recently purchased our building and the improvements have been swift and wide reaching.

The staff is fantastic, both office and onsite maintenance. Problems are addressed immediately and competently. I am incredibly impressed with the snow removal in the parking lot and on the walks. Prior to Rosenblum taking over, the parking lot was very poorly plowed and there were several falls on the walks - this year has been much different.

Our concerns are addressed by a caring and professional staff that does a quality job. I would definitely recommend any of their properties to people that are looking for a high end office space.
