A Realtor is only as good as their strategic partners they choose to surround themselves with and there is no one better than James Shaw. During a transaction, my seller passed away and after determining that the trust she had paid hundreds of dollars for with a different attorney was invalid, James opened probate and was able to work so quickly within the court system to appoint a personal representative within our contract deadline we were actually ready to close before the buyer's lender was!
