Had a out patient procedure on the 21st of Feb. (ERCP} Everything went fine, everyone was smiling and professional, especially the nurse in Pre Op and the procedure. Her name was Betsy and although I'm sure she does this every day, all day long, I was treated like a person and not just a name and number on the files. Things like that make a big difference! Thanks
