I had a mixed experience with Global techinnovations. While their customer service was excellent and their website was user-friendly, I found their product to be underwhelming. The features promised didn't live up to my expectations and the overall performance was average. However, I appreciate their efforts in constantly improving and listening to customer feedback. Overall, it was an average experience.
