This was my first time booking a vacation with Saregama travels and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I was not very impressed with the customer service. The tour itself was decent, but there were a few hiccups along the way. Overall, it was an average experience, but I expected better.
