Easily the worst customer service experience of the last couple of years. Extra fees they couldn't explain, no representative calling back, long wait times to talk to someone. We refinanced our mortgage rather than pay this company another cent, and would recommend anyone whose loan was sold to Loancare, LLC do the same.
