Don t buy a hope home! Heard they had a great reputation and were looking forward to our new home. Nothing but issues with our en-suite. Two and a half years in and we still have issues. Cost cutting is seriously damaging this companies reputation - not just us, the majority of people on our estate have some kind of issue that was never fixed properly. Owner is horrible to deal with - zero people skills. On the plus, lovely looking houses (hence the two stars). Shame that problems are not fixed properly to protect their profits.
