I have had an average experience with Common Purpose Ireland. While they claim to provide great leadership training programs, I found them to be quite disorganized and lacking in structure. The facilitators were knowledgeable, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The content could have been more engaging and interactive. Overall, I would rate Common Purpose Ireland as average.
