I am a customer of The Bandits Ice Hockey Association, Inc. and I have mixed feelings about their services. While I appreciate the effort they put into organizing games and events, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication. The website, theice.info, is informative but could be more user-friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
