I have been a customer of Heritage Title Agency, LLC for several years now and I must say their service is average. The staff is professional and they handle the title process efficiently. However, their communication can be improved. There have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my file. Overall, I would recommend them if you are in need of a title agency, but expect some delays in communication.
