I had a rather disappointing experience with the personnel at Ba. The communication was lacking, and I often had to follow up multiple times before getting a response. Additionally, there were delays in the application process, and I felt like I was not given proper updates. However, I must mention that once things were sorted out, the staff was helpful and professional. Overall, my experience with Ba personnel was average.
