Recently, I ordered some items from an online shop. The products were fine and arrived on time, but I found their website confusing. The navigation wasn't very intuitive, and it took me some time to find what I was looking for. However, their customer service was helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I would prefer a more user-friendly website.
