Very bad experience with them. Do not keep appointments. Make promises they don't keep. Always lay blame on the person asking for help. Threatening, manipulating, twisting words. Aid seeker who should be safe there does not feel that by the power games within the organization.
Find empowered people asking for help and making it so difficult that they decide to walk away, and that is what both young and adults ask for help.
When I dealt with my clients in my profession as a caring IG, I was out on the street. And if my organization proceeded as they did, it could absolutely close the door.
