I had an average experience with Thunder island. The customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the overall design a bit outdated. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but there wasn't anything particularly impressive about them. Overall, I would say Thunder island is an okay company to consider.
