I had high hopes for Grand Rapids Soap CO, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The products didn't live up to the hype for me. The soaps were drying and the scents were not as pleasant as I expected. The packaging was plain and didn't give a luxurious feel. The customer service was good, but overall, I won't be repurchasing.
