I had an average experience with GRMDS. The overall service was decent, but there were a few areas where improvements could be made. The response time to my queries was a bit slower than I would have liked, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort put in by the team and hope to see improvements in the future.
