I had a mixed experience with Gaborstore / m-retail. The ordering process was smooth, and my items arrived within the estimated timeframe. However, one of the products I received had a defect. I contacted customer service, and they were quick to resolve the issue. They immediately sent me a replacement and even covered the return shipping fees. While the defect was unfortunate, I appreciate their prompt response and excellent customer service. I hope this was just a one-time occurrence, as I have heard great things about their products from others.
