I have been a customer of Serrano el dorado owners assn for several years now and I must say that their service has always been average. The maintenance of the community is decent, but there is room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to inquiries. Overall, it's an okay experience.
