Mostly so far they have been really great giving advice for our SB baby who's 3 months old. Today though I was extremely disappointed to find out how unprofessional Paul The Occupational Therapist acted at the end of my Wife's meeting with him today. When I found out that he was asking how attached we were to Dr. Weston Spencer we were, it sounded like he was going to convince us to switch Pediatricians. He then spoke about 1 bad experience with him, and complained that he didn't like him based on this experience. I personally find this extremely unproffesional for another medical professional to bash on another one. This really ought to be addressed not just with him but with the entire company. This is not okay at any level, everyone needs to act like a professional and keep their opinions of another doctor or any proffesional for that matter to themselves.
