Diagenix is an average company. The services they provide are decent, but they definitely have room for improvement. I have used their products for a while now, and while they get the job done, they are not exceptional in any way. The customer support is also just average, nothing to write home about. Overall, I would say they are a decent option if you need their services, but there are definitely better alternatives out there.
