As a customer of Mold Test Guru INC, I can confidently say that their services are average. Although they were able to identify mold in my home, their recommendations for remediation were not very detailed or effective. I had to hire another company to properly address the issue. The customer service was also mediocre, with slow response times and unhelpful staff. Overall, I expected more from a company with such expertise in mold testing.
