I have been using Big Prepaid for a few months now...

I have been using Big Prepaid for a few months now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to use and the prepaid options are decent. However, there have been a few instances where I have faced connectivity issues. The customer support team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it took some time. Overall, I would rate them as an average prepaid service provider.
