I recently used the services of K-9 Karousel and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and my dog seemed to enjoy their time there, but I felt that the facilities were not up to par. The outdoor play area was small and there wasn't much shade for the dogs. The indoor area was clean, but it felt a bit cramped. Overall, an okay experience.
