My dad started to need some help after an unplanned hospital stay, and my mom was taking care of him while he recovered. She still needed to run the house and at the same time care for dad, which left her no time to do errands and take care of things. We called Heartland and I spoke with Don and he immediately got to work on helping us find a caregiver to help my parents out. He met with us and introduced the care giver for an interview. My parents were happy with his recommendations and wanted to get started asap. So far the experience has been excellent.
