I have been a customer of Jody Roberts - State Farm Insurance Agent for several years and I must say that their service is average. They are always polite and helpful, but I feel like there is room for improvement. The rates are competitive and the coverage is good, but I have had some issues with claims processing in the past. Overall, I would say that my experience with them has been decent.
