I recently booked a tour with Headout and it was average. The tour guide was knowledgeable and the sights were great, but the overall experience fell a bit short. The transportation was not as comfortable as I had hoped and there were some delays throughout the day. However, the customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my inquiries. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
