I have been a customer of Essentral for over a year now and I must say their services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but their customer service needs improvement. The staff is sometimes rude and unhelpful. However, they have a good selection of products on their website and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
