I had a mixed experience with Edp consulting, inc. Overall, their services were average. I found their website to be user-friendly and informative, which was a plus. However, the response time from their customer support team was quite slow. It took them several days to get back to me with a resolution to my issue. I hope they can improve their communication and speed up their response time in the future.
