As a recent hire, the hiring process at Woods Oviatt & Gilman was very efficient and thorough. The process begins with a phone interview, which is possibly followed by an interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, which was very helpful with learning more about the law firm, as a whole. Lastly, you interview with the team/department that you are being considered for. The last interview is extremely helpful with understanding what your responsibilities would include, and it familiarizes yourself with individuals who you might be working with. All in all, I found the hiring process to be well-organized and friendly!
