The whole place smells like cigarette smoke, including my non-smoking room on the 8th floor.

Handicapped parking is in the garage, about 1/4 mile away from the hotel desk, and they don't have wheelchairs or electric scooters available. No valet parking due to COVID-19 restrictions, either. And, luggage carts aren't available in the garage, and you can only get one once you've checked in. So, that ends up being 3/4 mile of walking to check in, get a luggage carts, go back to get the luggage, and then go to your room. i complained about this, and they eventually allowed me to park next to the hotel lobby entrance.

i had an ADA room, wheelchair accessible. The bathroom is great; no complaints there. The room was okay. No microwave, though. Even cheap motels have microwaves. Aside from the microwave, the room was comparable to a $70 a night hotel, in my experience.

For $240 a night, i expect a whole lot more than they provided.
