I've been using 12 E File for quite some time now, and overall, I would say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate, and the filing process is relatively smooth. However, there have been a few instances where their customer support team was not able to provide me with satisfactory solutions. While not exceptional, 12 E File gets the job done.
