I am a CUSTOMER of Kansas municipal utilities (kmu) and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide reliable utilities, there is nothing exceptional that sets them apart from other companies. The customer service is decent, but nothing to write home about. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
