I recently contacted "Welcome immobilier" for assistance with finding a new apartment. The overall experience was average. The website was user-friendly and easily navigable. However, the response time from the company was a little slow. It took a few days for them to get back to me with potential options. The listings they provided were okay, but not exceptional. I felt that they could have expanded their range of properties and offered more variety. The customer service was satisfactory, although I would have appreciated more prompt communication. The agent I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful, but seemed a little disorganized at times. In terms of pricing, "Welcome immobilier" was fairly average compared to other real estate agencies.
