I've been taking classes at Poledance nrw for a few months now, and I can't recommend it enough. The instructors are top-notch and really make an effort to ensure everyone feels comfortable and included. The classes themselves are challenging but also a lot of fun. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. If you're looking to get fit and have a great time doing it, this is the place to be.
