Went to repair my screen for my iPhone X on 24/12/...

Went to repair my screen for my iPhone X on 24/12/18, paid 299 EUR (same price as apple charges) and the microphone wasn't working. Returned back to the shop and they told me that was just dirty and now it works. 3 months later the screen was defective and stopped working. Went to Apple store to change the screen as i believed that i had an original replacement to my surprise i got informed that the screen i had was not original and not even proper one for my phone. Resulting in paying another 299 EUR.

I explicitly asked 4 times the girl at the counter if they are using original components and she said yes and they were proud to use only original components.

When i called and asked for a refund they were not even answering to me or telling me anything. I will have now to visit them personally and demand my refund.
