Hello people! I would like to warn you about this company. This is because I have experienced something that cannot pass through the bracket. Today, a staff member of Stipt-IT - Fritz - arrived without any notice in our company. He pulled the internet modem off the wall without our permission. This also without explanation. We were busy with the customs declaration. The person in question pulled the plug and took the modem with him. We stayed behind with two waiting in line. The reason was that our contract had expired on December 12. We knew nothing about this unfortunately ... Yet I think that this could be discussed in a decent way. The point is that there has been no customer-friendly operation and this without any good reason. I think it is really outrageous that we are treated that way. After 10 years of cooperation !!! I also mentioned all this to the employee, but he had no message about this. He thought we should handle this with someone else and this is not his business. We have never been treated in such a brutal way. That's why I find this mostly rude and not professional. NOT RECOMMENDED! Absolutely not do !!!
