I recently visited the hearing care centre and had an average experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I found the overall service to be just alright. The waiting time was reasonable, but the appointment felt rushed, and I didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. The website is informative and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, the prices seemed higher compared to other hearing care centres I've been to before. The selection of hearing aids was decent, but I wish there were more options available. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would recommend exploring other options before making a decision.
