I recently purchased some equipment from this company and I must say, it was an average experience. 😐 The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products to choose from. However, the overall customer service was just okay. 🤷‍♀️ The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and it took a while for them to process my order. Additionally, the packaging of the equipment could have been better. Some of the items arrived slightly damaged, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the quality of the equipment itself was good, so that's a plus. 🙌 Overall, I would rate this company as average in terms of service and quality. It's not the best experience I've had, but it's also not the worst. 😅
