my cousin is with this company for 3 4 years now, ...

my cousin is with this company for 3 4 years now, but i do not see what they do for him. i help him for most of what he nee, and his condition is getting worse. his case manager is not fit for the job, i think she should be in the program also instead of taking decision for homeless. she does not know what she s doing. it takes her 3-4 months to get a simple letter showing my cousin is homeless for the health clinic. this is ridiculous. i reported her many times to the cie, but nothing was done. All day long that case manager is in front of her computer, playing, eating, her desk is so disorganized, losing clients docs, but for sure does not lose her paycheck, my cousin told me. Even her coworkers mention she is very slow to handle the job right Connections knows she got mental issues. For me they do not care for the homeless; they do not try to find the homeless job, even part time like Connections ' steam did 6-8 years ago. all this cie wants is to collect more money from the government, and the people who donate. it s not a 100/% non-profit organization. i really do not appreciate their sneaky business
