I have been shopping at Özdilek alışveriş merkezleri ve tekstil san.a.ş. for many years and overall I have had a good experience. The variety of products they offer is extensive and the quality is generally good. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. However, there have been a few instances where I have encountered unfriendly staff members who were not willing to assist me. Additionally, the prices can be quite high compared to other similar stores. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
