I had a mixed experience with CAOS. Some aspects were great, while others were disappointing. The customer service was excellent, as the staff was helpful and responsive. However, I found the website navigation to be quite confusing, which made it difficult for me to find the information I needed. Despite these issues, I appreciate the effort that CAOS puts into their services.
