I have been a customer of Packet One Networks (P1) Sdn Bhd for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The internet speed is decent most of the time, but there are occasional dropouts and slow connections. The customer support is responsive and helpful though. Overall, I would say that P1 is an okay choice if you're looking for an affordable internet service provider.
