First time here and didn't know to seat yourself if dining in. Had to wait in line for the cashier to tell us to sit anywhere. This was the start of our terrible experience.
Ordered a pizza and order of breadsticks. Breadsticks arrived and then we proceeded to wait 45 minutes for our pizza. I went and asked staff at the counter about the status of our pizza. They checked with cooks in back and there was never an order for our pizza....
This was 8pm on a Friday night and maybe 6 other tables taken. Our waitress walked past us multiple times and even took our empty breadstick container. How did she not realize our pizza still wasn't ready?
When given the news about our pizza that was never prepared, we left after being told our breadsticks would be free. I had only heard great things about this place and I don't think I'll ever go here again.
