I had an average experience with Lichu Huang. While the website was easy to use and they had a good selection of lighting fixtures, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I finally did, the answers were not very helpful. The quality of the products I received was decent, but not as good as I expected. Overall, my experience was just okay.
