I had a mixed experience with Mytec. While their customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my queries, I found their website a bit confusing to navigate. The information provided was not as clear as I would have liked. However, once I contacted their support team, they were able to assist me promptly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
